Tonight I learned a good friend of mine passed away over the weekend. Yes it was cancer. It's always cancer it seems. Life is not fair... only death is fair and has no ulterior motives, biases or prejudices.

Over the last couple of weeks I've been exploring the job market. Application here, application there and a lot of them want your Github and personal website URLs if you have any. I (sometimes) would provide my github URL but never really had anything to put for personal site. So...

The new site/blog I'm playing with is using Zola. I don't like heavy CMS with database requirements. Now to the adventures of setting up Github actions to deploy the site.
